Receive New BOR DCU Master Plan

Produce Mid Course Correction on Existing UCF Plan
Provide Input to BOR DCU for their Mid Course Correction

Measure Attainment of UCF Goals
Receive BOR DCU Mid Course Correction

Year #5

Perform UCF SWOT Analysis and Prepare New Strategic Plan

Departments and colleges will provide SWOT analysis and updates to their own plans in support of SPC activities in Years #2 and #5.
