On October 20, 2020, interviews were conducted with the short-listed firms for the above-referenced project. The Selection Committee has determined that the most qualified firms, in order of priority, are:

4. S.I. Goldman Company, Inc.
5. Starr Mechanical, Inc.
6. Air Mechanical & Service Corp.
7. Climate Control Mechanical Services, Inc.
8. Kerney & Associates, LLC

Based on the tabulated results, the Selection Committee recommends selecting the top six firms.
