John Settle – Construction Project Coordinator
John was hired in 2016 as an archival specialist to help organize and archive the department’s backlog of documents. Since then, he has taken on other roles as well, such as database administrator for the project management software, e-Builder, coordinating workflows and processes to ensure efficient project start-up, delivery, and close-out. He also coordinates the assignment and tracking of construction projects, and is responsible for the final completion and close-out process, ensuring that all necessary project documents are collected and archived properly. He provides support for the Project Managers in a variety of ways as well, such as processing document and information requests from vendors and contractors.
